Hi y’all! My name is Lance and I’m a Houston native from La Porte, Texas and I have a passion for helping others. I am a former professional athlete with a degree in exercise science that focuses on biomechanics and psychology. Outside of work I hunt, cook/bake, and spend time furthering my education to expand my knowledge on the human body.
